Emergency Preparedness

I made a “go list” today. Just in case the Econopocalypse hits.
I’ve never been laid off before, and I’m not sure where my head will be if/when it happens, or even if I’ll be able to go back to my cube to get my stuff. So I made this handy list so that I, or whoever, will know exactly what to grab.
I don’t have a lot of personal effects here, but I don’t want Mother Honeywell to steal anything else from me (she’s in the process of taking my soul).
It’s not like I’m hoping to get canned, or even expecting it. But it’s like Pops always told me: “Plan for the worst, hope for the best.”
So here’s hoping I don’t forget anything when they walk me out.
